That stopped being the case a few months ago. They don't just go up in the morning now, even better they go up at midnight (well..often 30-40 minutes after we hit midnight but you get the point). When Tuesday switches to Wednesday, i'm there at the store checking the new discounts, before anyone is even talking about them on the internet because hardly anybody is aware of this change. And many hours before it even shows up on psprices.com. With time people will become aware of this |
Its still not updated in the store fronts. How do you go about finding out wich games are on sale?
The store front is never updated in the morning. The blog post comes at about 10 and in the store front after noon. Its dreadful.
1. No FiFA severly hampers it's sales.
2. Most people here (and probably elsewhere too) tend to equalize Nintendo with Mario, Zelda and maybe Donkey Kong, and think Nintendo only does Jump'n runs and party games and kiddie in general. I've been in countless debates where I had to show and prove just how wrong and narrow this thinking is. They also tend to think Nintendo games run at ~15fps since Xbox ONE already has most games at 30fps; telling them that most Nintendo games run at a smooth 60fps really comes at a shock for them.
3. Console market in general is shrinking in europe

That depends.. Store front is a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it does show the banners on the store of the platform, be it ps4 or Vita. Sometimes it only shows on the web store. When there isn't any, I search manually or look at my wish list on the webstore

Depends the xbox 360 did quite well in Europe especially in the UK. Nintendo and Europe don't get along all that much (exception being the Wii and the DS). Mainly because Nintendo doesn't do racing games and football games all that much. Why Nintendo favoured tennis over strikers is beyond me. |
I see, thanks for that info. I'm not sure why Ninten favors tennis more than soccer/football. I suppose it's not as popular in the US? Then again, I don't think tennis is that popular either... Maybe it's just easier to do tennis...

Well that's better than a country where Mario is the GOD of videogames, like mine. Some thinks people here buy nintendo because variety and all that jazz. Hahaha. Most of nintendo players I know play only mario and mario, but they play them on nintendo because they were used to play nintendo when they were kids thanks to the popularity of nintendo. |
well , i think mario is much better than COD and Fifa. Because mario has much more variety. He has alot of different games and spin-offs. Like mario kart. Platforming. Sports and so on

For example, in my country there's not such things as "consoles", people play "The Play" as a general term. So you get my point.
