This seen rather early, but maybe theyre using assets they already have from The Witcher and also they could be working on this for years already, CDPR is a big team.

I can imagine mid to late 2017 considering they aren't a massive team and they've been working on this since 2012 along with Witcher 3. I do hope they are making it on PC first though due to their roots.
