I wouldn't be so sure he beat the game. Many others said they have put in 80ish hours and haven't beaten the game.

In fact, from the Gamespot review. "After 65 hours doggedly chasing the next best thing in X, I felt like I had only scratched the surface, with game's the biggest challenges still ahead of me."

So no, the game wasn't beaten by the reviewer in 65 hours. I just want you to be fully prepared for what you are going to get into. It has been said many times by many reviewers, X is simply not a game you can rush through.

He beat the game. No reviewer can review a game at a reputable site like gamespot without beating the game. He even talks about the dragged out story. I just want you to know that he beat the game lol. People who spent 80 hours and have not beat the game probably are doing side missions and exploring and leveling up.

Lol, tell me where he says he has beat the game? Nowhere. If you think you can beat it in 65 hours, good luck. Even in the site How Long To Beat, the fastest recorded time is 75 hours.

Either he is a God at this game, or he didn't beat it.

Dude... Honestly you have no idea how reviews work... Do people watch 80% of a movie and then review it? No.. Come on man he obviously beat the game or he would not review it. Stop arguing when you know you are wrong.

You got it, could you do me a favor though, and when you beat it post the picture of the time of completion.

If you ever played WoW before, its not more confusing than that in terms of stats.

With that said, there are a whole lot of systems, but in essence the game is simply about exploring and doing quests.

Absolutely. But you gotta realize that I might be way worse at games than someone who plays them for a living. So might take me longer.

Its not uncommon to reviewers to write a review from a game they havnt 100% finished(story, not complete everything) when the game is too big.Jimquisition made the review for XCX without finishing the game for example. And he says that in the review, in case you doubt me.And Im not sure where it was, but i saw someone posting that to finish the game it takes roughly 74 hours. And thats doing just the essential. So if he played 65 hours, its very likely he didnt finish the game

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Jimquisition?... Never heard of him. For good reason, he reviews games before he beats them. Gamespot, IGN and Gametrailers any mainstream site like that makes their reviewers finish games before they review them.

I'm also scared but I'll try. In this age I can just go on the internet.

BTW, I like your threads.

So that is not much different than reviews in progress that IGN loves to do?

Jimquisition is very well known. And your willingness to bash on someones work which you know nothing about, and didnt even read the review to see if he has a valid reason to do what he did, says lots about you.Im wasting my breath here.
