I just wanted to take a look and see how successful each individual EAD group at Nintendo has been this generation. I'm not going to include EAD Group 5 or EAD Tokyo Group 1 since neither of them have fully developed any game themselves this generation, they seem to be more about supervising other teams on projects. So here it goes......

Dang, that's impressive. I keep thinking sometimes that Nintendo isn't performing good enough...but they're doing quite well. 3D Land is still my favorite 3D Mario of all time!!!

Every team did amazing besides the Zelda team. But to be fair, the ramakes were made by Grezzo and are not accounted here and Zelda Wii U is yet to be released.



Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Well Zelda U is releasing after EAD was dissolved and rebranded as EPD so it won't count for the total.

please, someone change this company's name, I can't stand it, it means boorish in Italian XD

 

by the end of Wii U and 3DS' lifecycle I could see EAD4 beeing the one with the most sales considering SMM is still a pretty new game and IF there is Pikmin 4 on the Wii U they probably are the group working on it...
