They wouldn't just give away trophy packs for free. Trophies have a certain value to them which is why there are rules for developers based on price and content to begin with. So either the trophy support will not happen with disc emulation, or  there won't even be disc emulation to begin with.

Yes? I already said "disk" can be the HDD, not a PS2 DVD.

Well maybe, maybe not but you can't just state 'not' as a fact, especially when you're in a thread about Trophy support for older games and you're just interpreting what disk could mean. You might be right but as of right now we don't know.

I just said "either", meaning that several things can happen but that one of them (trophy support for every PS2 disc based BC/emulation game) is an unrealistic expectation
