ATB of course. If i want an ARPG theres FFXV. But FF7 has to continue beeing FF7, and not something else. If it loses its combat it loses its identity as FF7. This shouldnt even be up for debate. Enhancements and improvements sure, but the combat system has to stay the same.

What many people want when they say 'remake FF7' is the first of these 2 options. We have Tales, DQ Heroes, KH and more recent FFs for all the other stuff. Why do you think people were asking for a remake?
One of the many reasons I want a FF6 remake is because I played it after FF9 on emulator, I completed it and the story was fantastic but it felt lacking to me as I'd become use to the CGI scenes and 3D characters, the 2D didn't quite feel right. So if they remake FF6, which all new flash graphics but the exact same story and gameplay, that would be the dream.
Those who want FF7 remade and with new gameplay (so not a remake) I always presume are younger and tried to play FF7 long after release and thought it looked crap, didn't bother with it or just thought the combat was too slow as classic ATB. They are those who will play it for the first time.

To be fair, there aren't that many votes to begin with. To get a general consensus it needs to be in the thousands. I think we need to spread this poll and others like it around.

I want the same combat system from the original FF7. To be honest, I kinda just want this to be the same exact game with updated graphics.
I want to see an ARPG, because turn-based battle systems are antiquated. I also haven't played FFVII, and don't really care either way at this point.
