btw you should really have a decent amp or else it isn't worth it all so think about that before you buy a good bass guitar.

@Rath: I'm not a bassist (I play guitar) but it looks good, assuming everything is in good condition. Ibanez is a good brand, and the reviews for that model seem good too.

It's a good price, expecially with the behringer amp combi.
And yes you can learn on a 5 string. It's the same only you have a string more that gives you more options when playing.

If you play guitar already then the 5 string shouldn't be that big a deal. Basically the two lowest strings get tuned the same way the two highest strings do on a guitar.
