UPDATED: With all the exclusives updated until the end of December we have a clearer picture of legs. I kept the individual months sales for reference. Bundles obviously made a huge impact on NDC and Gears sales so in actuality PS4 and XB1 are probably neck and neck and ahead of Wii U. The 1st party this year was quite close I hope next year brings some good exclusives as well.

To be clear this is only physical, only in US NPD, only 1st party+ deals and only released in 2015.
Obviously the legs of most of these games are not accounted for, except for Nintendo in general. Generally I think since Sony had a lot of its games early on, there is still a lot of legs to account for. But between the 3 it is pretty much a draw in 1st party output for the year. MS was really lacking until Halo 5 released, likewise Nintendo didn't have much until Splatoon legged out.
Will hopefully get LTD updates for December NPD. Correct me if something is off.
