I was looking forward to this direct and I was hoping there would be some amazing new game announcements. Instead I sat there for 45 minutes while they told me everything I already knew since E3. That is not even an exageration in this case. There was just not enough new content here to be excited for. We are getting some DLC, some new amiibo figures, and a few ports of games we got before. Twilight Princess HD even looks like they did no work on it and just threw it on the Wii U. Everything else we already knew about. I was at least expecting some more pokemon news like Pokemon Z which we all know is coming out at some point. Or even some actually Pokemon Go gameplay would be nice. Or how about the new Pikmin 4 which was supposedly "near completion" a few months ago. I guess its just back to waiting for E3 2016 to save Nintendo

It was to be expected.. Directs aren't filled with unannounced games, and they tend to talk about games that will be released soon, which they did

Well, I think it was good. We have some release dates of games we've already know they are coming, and some announcements like TPHD, DQVII/VIII, a little footage on how Zelda WiiU is looking, Cloud in Smash... It wasn't oustanding, it was just good.

While I agree in so much as I think they should have done more, it was about as good as I expected it to be, so I can't say I'm disappointed...

It had Zelda U. And anime girl with Mewtwo. And Cloud.
