hint #2
This is a spin off Game of my favourite series, and it blew me away. While the definitive game for this spin off series released in november, this game with its 493 playable species was amazing for me. I think I gave enough hints already.

Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness?

Correct!

I put countless hours into this game! After completing the amazing story and I tried to get every single Pokemon and in every single form. It was amazing, fun and challenging myself on Zero island was also crazy fun. For some people the game might be repetitive but all I think about is how much it improved over red rescue team and shot up to be my #2 spot, my #1 however has never been removed from its spot ever since I first played it years ago, and its updated version last gen (you can guess if you want)

Is it SMT?

...um, I mean, is it GSC?

Pokemon Gold, Silver, Crystal, Soul Silver, Heart Gold

Correct! In all my years of playing Pokemon (ever since I was like 4 or 5) Nothing has impressed me more than this generation of Pokemon and as a huge Pokemon fan, no game comes close to this as my favourite game of all time. The first time I fought my rival and heard his amazing theme I was inlove, hearing the Kanto remix of the wild battle theme, and especially the Champion theme. I could gush over the entire G/S/C soundtrack alll day, Heart gold improved on some (made some worse) but the additional elements of the story, the pokeathlon, it was insanely good. I have never had more fun playing a video game in my life. I'm still waiting for the Pokemon Game that will top it, but I highly doubt any will outside of a Mystery Dungeon Spin off.

Yes.

#3 - It made some very interesting asides about western religion, including criticism of Theocracy. People still argue about how the main character's name is pronounced.

#2 - The OST was unique for having been composed by an English rock band's drummer. The protagonist is still popular amongst the young crowds today, albeit for a different reason

#1 Amb-ass-ador

3. It starts feeling awesome, epic, and it does feel like this the whole time, but once you beat the first enemy you start to wonder if you are actually doing the right thing, and it goes getting more and more stuck into you... until it reaches the end and you now experience it for yourself.

Shadow of the Colossus?
