There is something overall funny about it all. There is only so much to blame on Mourinho and so much on the players. Both are contributing to it all. I think Mourinho is arrogant and speaking out, he speaks out and his players lose confidence in him because he speaks out against the refs, the players, Wenger (even when he's not involved) and other rediculous stuff like that. Yet the players aren't performing right.
