I checked all those games and it's not one of them, but thanks for looking. I know I'm probably forgetting something about the game because it was ages ago and I was really little, but I just remember having a blast with it. One other detail that may help is that I remember all the levels being in an urban setting. Nothing about driving around in a desert or any desolate place rings a bell to me.
