When will Europe get a demo? I have no idea how the combat will be.

The Yo-Kai attack on their own you have no control over it.  Your basically in charge of healing them, switching them in and out and activating their ultimate attacks.  Its a really passive combat system.

Tbh in Pokémon you just spam the same attack over and over again to win the battle. Talking about the singleplayer campaign of course. I swear the Elite Four still uses attacks like growl. Pokémon only gets exciting when you put in many hours to get your team ready for online battles.

I don't remember that, but I haven't gotten to the Elite Four in some of the recent games.  I remember the gym battles offering enough of a challenge that I needed to grind, especially in Emerald, unless of course if your party has 1 strong pokemon or 2 pokemon that are super effective against the gym leader's pokemon.

It was a hyperbole to say the AI in Pokémon is dumb as fuck! :p I never had to grind in the two latest Pokémon games.

Nope, Minecraft is this generations Pokemon in the west (hell even somewhat in Japan too).
I think the people more likely to buy it are actually older then its intended audience just like Pokemon here. If it doesnt have the gameplay to back it up which I doubt it does it will likely fail to do anything truly impressive
