Forums - Gaming - The amount of content in Black Ops III is straight up insane (4 player Zombies campaign)

I wanna add though, it's great that the game has all this content even if it ends up being a bad game to me. Especially when other games are launching with less and less plus microtransactions. Activision sucks in so many ways but it's been pretty amazing how patient they have been with CoD and not molested it with DLC shenanigans.

A positive Call of Duty thread, on the internet!? Now I've seen everything.

I could never get into the zombie modes for some reason. The MP alone is worth the price of admission.

Platinums: Red Dead Redemption, Killzone 2, LittleBigPlanet, Terminator Salvation, Uncharted 1, inFamous Second Son, Rocket League

it still way too less content it will be a 5 hours campaign and some zombie mode and a Multiplayer. Everything else are just modes in already existing content.
Its not comparable to games like MGS 5 or Bloodborne in terms of content, maybe its the standards for shooters now because everything else gives you even less for your money but not for other videogames.

After World at war I didn't buy more CODs but played/tried most of them through Steam free weekends (not AW yet), didn't like them much (specially Ghosts, ugh). Did like the Blops 3 beta and looks like it could be the best COD since MW1 as long as there are no technical issues or grave balance issues in the final version. Liked the beta more than Battlefront, though that might have been because it was meatier.
Hope they fixed connection and matchmaking issues, as well as some of the unfortunate spawns.

I can't wait for Black Ops III. A 3-year development time definitely shows

I don't think content has ever been the problem of CoD games though. Just lack of any sort of creativity and originality in an already bloated genre. They're good games, but we don't need them yearly if you ask me.
