3DS attach rate: 4.5 games per hardware unit

Wii U attach rate: 6.4 games per hardware unit

It appears so, but you're ignoring 3DS owners who have bought multiple systems. I'm willing to bet that there is a rather large minority (three million as a minimum) who have bought multiple units.

I WON A BET AGAINST AZUREN! WOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Almost 10 billion in profit without the help of the weakening yen to boost profits through worldwide sales, yet the Wii U is still believed by some to be sold at a loss.... Lol.

Profits for this quarter is 3.27 billion Yen, not 10 billion. And the yen is still weak, so that'll still help profits...

I was going for the whole half reported year which was 8.97 billion yen.

And while the yen is weak, the only reason Wii U made a profit last year is because of a sharp decline in the value of the yen something that was not repeated this year. Though the yen being as weak as it is probably helped.

Point is if they were losing money on the Wii U, they wouldn't have made a profit.

Still,
