Oh so if its being sold for less and not selling less then it should be around 16 million.

Well yeah, they said 360 is selling less and Xbox One is selling for less so the revenue went down.

It just feel disappointing, the 940 and the 640 (XL) were both released earlier this year, and the 640 (XL) was a rather good budget proposition.
I'll wait until Q4 2015 figures, Q4 2014 was 10.5 million shipped.

I WON A BET AGAINST AZUREN! WOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

well according to vgchartz the 360 was around 12.6 million. And we heard its neck to neck with ps3 at the same time frame. So i would say tje x1 is around 16 million and should reach 20 million by years end.
So they wont even bother telling us xb1 shipments anymore? This thing must be a huge flop in MS's eyes if they cant even bother to say how much its selling.

Them not wanting to release specifics doesn't necessarily mean they consider it a flop. Even if they're doing well with hardware shipments, as long as their competition is doing better by a large enough amount, they'll always been seen as the 'losing' side. They might just be trying to curve how easily people can make that comparison, and come to the loser conclusion. It sucks, but if that's the case then it's understandable.

Xbox Live revenue increased 17%, driven by both higher volumes of transactions and revenue per transaction. Video games revenue grew 66%, driven by sales of Minecraft.
So more people buy digital games + dlc, which both have also gotten more expensive.
Meanwhile Minecraft is still the best selling digital game?
I wish there were some real numbers, percentage of digital sales vs physical on console.
Office 365 is the new cash cow, subscriptions for everything!
39 million active XBox live users, that's still a lot waiting to upgrade to xbox one. (that's live gold I assume?)
http://www.icxm.net/x/xbox-39-million-active-gamers.html x1 sold more than last year. That means it above 14 million. But I THINK its around 15.8 million -16 million.

Lumias, or now WP are a lost cause.
Dosen´t matter how good their are or how much great value they add it just can´t compeat in install base so, there is no good volume of apps available.
Universal Apps are a last hope, but I´m ceptical.
