Yes, do what they said

A) Use Word or some word processor to change it all back to lowercase, you'll probably have to capitalize a few letters again.

but easier,

B) Look at the screen! I can't imagine someone typing more than a few words without looking at the screen, unless they're trying to show off or something. I've typed a couple paragraphs blindfolded and only had a couple mistakes hehe.
