It won't be nearly as complicated. Your membership program ID will be mandatory and seamlessly integrated into the design of the platform. You won't even have to register the game. The discounts happen automatically as you buy the games.

I have, I've been following the development of NX since it was first announced and the only concrete thing Iwata said about NX was that it was a new dedicated gaming platform with a new concept. Of the information that has been given out, what's more important than that?

It didn't help the wii u by releasing before the PS4 and xbox one so why would it help nintendo if this gen lasted longer. I would expect NX to have ports to some games after it releases.
