Forums - Sales - Chart-Track(UK): 360 price drop increased sales 36% in week 11 over week 10

Legend your such a cock sucker. First you call me out on having a 360, then call me out on why I have one, then make a thread calling me out on why I have one, and now this. Are you stalking me? Are you that obsessed with the 360 that if I question whether or not a particular region is covered by a warrenty it is blasphemy? You suck and everyone knows it.

“During week 11, Xbox 360 enjoyed a 36 per cent jump on week 10, which is a nice refreshing uplift for the console” ChartTrack director Dorian Bloch told MCV. “That was just for the Friday and Saturday after the price cut. Microsoft will be especially pleased to see that the overall hardware market was down – that’s every format except PS3, which saw a very slight six per cent rise.

Did anyone stop to think that this price drop was announced on Monday? How many consoles did MS sell during the beginning of the week? Not many, I guarantee that much.

Also, how much advertising was done? I noticed that some retailers mentioned they had almost zero time to get this price cut in their circulars or store fronts.

I'll wait until next week to judge any effects from this price cut. There are too many variables right now to judge much of anything.
