Microsoft.

Nintendo is pretty set on it. That's what they do. Sony is headed by Kutugari now, so the Playstation won't go unless the company goes.

Microsoft doesn't seem to have much motivation or commitment if they're not making money.

Y'know... it's funny how people say since the Wii U is "failing" (even though it makes a profit) people don't consider the 3DS. Nintendo owns the handheld market and it is still hardware. So yes, the handheld console counts.
