Forums - Microsoft - Xbox One 2016 lineup looking solid

From that list, X1 2015 >>>>>>> X1 2016 imho. Even diminished, nothing in MS lineup can live up to Halo mainline.

But it's early, I'm sure that list is incomplete.

MS has a big fanbase on Gears of War. Additionally, Xbox fans are more excited for Quantum Break than Tomb Raider.

There is a great expectation for Scalebound, ReCore and Sea of Thieves. Nevertheless, 2015 is already an amazing year.

What I get from what you said is that you think that there is something diferent in Forza horizon not found in other track racers and dont have the confidence in them to make a valid argument, so you dont point them out, since you know I wont bother looking into it.

Anyway, I never said that these games were not good, or not AAA. Jusst that now they seem to be anualise and not much diferent than the others, but that dosent hurt COD, fifa, madden and the like, so no need to get so defensive, it was not a bad thing.

Ehhh... ok... so you talk about a game you know nothing about and tell me you're not going to bother looking for it but you are arguing with me about what type of game it is... lolll... this is hilarious!

Keep it up man...

I dint say I knew nothing about it, just the basics. But you win, I do have to do some more research if I want to get my point across. Why dont you list me a few game modes or fetures that you think that make this game diferent than other sim racers, then I will look them up  tomorrow, since im going now to work. Then form a more inform opinion.

It takes genuine talent to see greatness in yourself despite your absence of genuine talent.

What I get from what you say is that you don't know much about Forza Horizon... there is a lot more to do than just race other people and there is a lot of game modes you can't get in Forza Motorsports. You don't have to go from point to point to get new events or cars either. Maybe you should do a little more research about FH2... if TheCrew is different from a track based racer then so is FH...

Posts like this.. just.. wow

You cannot say that Horizon is not much different than the "other racers" when you acknowledge that Horizon is open-world while Motorsport isn't. The fact that there is open-world gameplay means that the two are inherently different. I wouldn't mistake people's confusion due to your inability to make a point as them being defensive, I'm sitting here baffled myself.

Yes I ackoledge that there is an open world in this game, but I said that the open world offers nothing aside from aimlessly driving around to get to events, where it then becomes the same thing as other racers. In this scenario and open world is useles, so it goes back to being a regular racer.

First of all this is not a sim racer and the fact that you can drive anywhere tells a lot about the kind of skills you need as a driver. In Horizon you can take a Ferrari in the fields and smash the fences and keep going, drive through the woods without smashing into a tree or rocks... with any car. Track based racers have your car locked inside a circuit and your skills require you to take perfect corners on the road nowhere else... Horizon is totaly different.

You don't have to go from events to events if you don't feel like it. You can just wander anywhere on the map. You can earn cars by finding them hidden in barns. There are races agains't trains, planes, etc... there are events that have you doing tricks in the fields. Other events that are like you are playing tag. There are stuf, hidden on the map that you have to smash through but it'll take you a while to find them all...

Anyway I'm telling you this, when you know nothing about a game at least try not to argue about what type it is. I think you know a thing or two about Evangelion but if I didn't I wouldn't argue that it's a mecha anime just like Gundam. "Well both have kids piloting giant mechas then they must be the same!"

Saying FH open world is the only from FM... Is like saying halo is the same as call of duty.... FH is closer to NFS from FM.... And I can't stand COD or any military based FPS and love Sci FI based one... I know plenty of people that love FH and hat FM and vice versa....

You can keep trying but it's obvious you have no money dea what you are talking about and pretty much everybody whether XB or PS fans seems to agree about that... Beside driving cars and havingForza in the title the similarities between those games stop there...

yeah and gay sex is the same as straight sex.... Judo fighting is like box fighting..... Walking on two legs is like running on two legs.... Table tennis is like regular tennis, truck driving is like F1 driving....

street soccer is a completely different sport than regular soccer in real life... Street racing and GT racing also....

you're wrong... Period

Or you can tell me why that is, or why you think that is. I gave reasons why I think thouse games are similar, or basicly the same. If your rason are "because I say so" or "it just is" then we really dont have an argument here.

P.S. I like how you put examples of things that are night and day, then asume that the other point has to be to.

because it is not even night and day it is in two different galaxies....

I played both soccer and street soccer.... Completely different sports... It's like ice hokey and field hokey... Or street all and basketball...

for racing it's the same... The gumball is not the same kind of race than driving on Silverstone or Daytona....

that's just realloty... Now the games it's exactly the same... The handling is not the same, the races are different... You comparing rally racing to track racing... Like I said FH is miles closer to NFS than FM... I'd remotly agree if you said FH=NFS but FH=FM is like saying chess=checkers they are both board games or poker=blackjack they are both card games...
