@ Rendo: because I believe that money not worked for will ruin you. So I would relieve myself of that by removing lots of the money from myself and my selfish desires. The love of money is the root of all evil.

It's okay Luinil, we know the truth is you would donate that much to offset the capital gains tax.  We understand.

1. Get a new computer. A really, really good computer.
2. Give half of it to my dad, and tell him to invest it. He's into finances, so it should work pretty well. We'd split the profits 50-50.
3. Put the rest in bank, and use it sparingly, trying to live my life like before. If it looks like I'm getting too lazy or frivolous with it, then maybe put it somewhere that only allows me to use 1000€ of it per month or something.

LOLZ!!!! I don't make enough money to offset anything, especially in investments and such. I do know that trying to "offset taxes" by charitable donations cost more than the taxes themselves.

Hopefully I'll get my 1st million Euros this year. I'll invest in real estate and keep on living a humble life
