No. As long as the version I'm playing meets my standards, I don't really care if it's the best version available. Hell, I'm currently playing Shadow of Mordor in Linux, knowing full well that I could get superior performance on this very same machine if I just boot into windows.

I realy appreciate that most ps4 games are 1080p considering I have a 55" TV but I am fine with 900p. That said the most important thing is that they are in playable state.

I still don't understand why people chose to pay more for a weaker console with less games on it and why they pay the same price for a worse game.
It's their money and their choice, so I don't really care what they do with it, but it makes little sense to me.

Maybe because the games they like on that console you can´t find them on the more powerfull one, some people still cares about the software over the hardware, crazy I know.

The first COD game I've ever played was on Wii. Even then I didn't mind the graphics being a lot worse than the PS360, because I bought a Wii to play Mario, Zelda and Metroid. I was happy with what I was getting. So no, I don't mind not playing the best version as long as is enjoyable to play.

No, not really, not unless we're talking about an important difference relative to game-play or content.

It didn't matter to me when people were posting screen-shots last gen where I could barely tell the difference between the 360 and PS3 versions and it doesn't matter to me this gen. Most of it is stuff that I don't even notice while I'm playing.

As long as the game runs without any hiccups, and I'm not losing any significant in-game content, I could care less.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Yes, but it doesn't kill me inside when I'm not.

Doesn't matter to me at all. I can't even be bothered to wipe away my sons greasy fingerprints from tv-screen. It was at the end of last Gen when I figured out you can connect xbox360 to tv with hdmi-cable 😁 1080p vs 900p debate..gimme a break.
