i was thinking, why don't Sony make this as an SDK for whoever able to create great software and earn commission from others downloading just like how mobile software worked...

The archives up on twitch, it was mostly tearaway Q&A and they showed early prototypes they pitched to shuhei yoshida, actual gameplay video.
they ended with a dreams q+a with the creative director, he answered a few tech questions but the mic was so low
