Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Pokemon Generations Olympics Event # 10 - 4 X Mountain climb Leg 4

Approved by leadified (my hero) and Veknoid_outcast

Welcome back to the Pokemon Olympics, Today we'll have a big event, the first relay of the competition, The 4 X Mountain climb. In this event each team will send in 4 competitors to race with each taking turns in the race doing a different leg. Just like the mountain climb this requires climbing speed, strength and endurance. Each Competitor does a distance equivalent to the single Mountain climbing event and each leg lasts 12 hours, meaning this is a 48 hour event with users being able to vote once every leg. However before we introduce the teams let's take a look at the previous event:

Event #9: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=207550&page=1#

Event #9 Results: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=7501143

This competition will work very similarly to the Best User competition where each position will be given points ranging from 6 to 1, where the Pokemon who has the most points by the end of the event will be the winner. Here is an example of how you vote in this competition.

6p Squirtle

5p Treecko

4p Chimchar

Commentators: This is the first relay of the event and the crowd is excited, coming into this we have the results from the original mountain climbing event. Machamp was the winner of the event from team Gen 1  with Ursaring from team gen 2 being 2nd and infernape from team gen 3 being third. All three of these bad boys are in this race with two of them facing off in leg 3 and the other finishing for his team. Team gen 1 is very power and endurance based but I don't know if they'll have enough speed to take it, Team gen 2 is much more speed based than power but you need a good balance and that is exactly what team Gen 3 seems to be hoping for even though they are still slightly more speed based. Team gen 4 is well balanced with speed and power when it comes ot their athelese and team Gen 5 again is power heavy. Team gen 6 is trying to pull out a big one with this team as well. Ladies and Gentlemen the race is about to begin. Blastoise, Typhlosion, Vigoroth, Rampardos, Beartic and Greninja are all on the line waiting to start climbing to their partners who are waiting on ledges above.
