All you people blaming George Bush, please name one thing that he specifically has done to cause this? It is amazing to me that you think that one man has all this power. Please name one thing that he himself did specifically that caused Japan's bad market, if it really is that bad. Plus the US market other than the housing market is not bad anyway.

 Ok...you've got to get some sort of Nobel for this.  This is forward thinking.  A voluntary spanking tax...pure genius.
I think I've got a few hundred lying around here somewhere.  That 360/PS3 can wait.

OK Greenspan is gone and I didn't here you guys complaining about him in the 90's. Also there's this thing called congress and pretty much the only real control the president has is over matters of war and national security. The rest has to go through congress.

They are paying for them in US dollars to China, but are being paid in Euros or whatever country they are sold in. So for product sold outside the US, they are paying less to produce and taking more in dollars.

I agree that Greenspan doesn't deserve a lot of blame for this. Bernanke, on the other hand...

 The Iraq War.  Whether he came up with this master disaster on his own or had help from Rummy/Cheney/Pops/Condi is irrelevant.
