I recall that it was working fine for me. |
Meh, some people get lucky. I was able to platinum Skyrim on PS3 with no glitches. Just doing a quick Google search,
https://www.reddit.com/r/PS3/comments/16nbi8/why_does_nobody_play_twisted_metal_online/ <- You can see what I am talking about with a couple of the replies here. For many people the game was pretty much unplayable.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nc0ro43raF8 <- This guy messed up in the video and doesn't understand that he is in a ranked lobby waiting for an in progress game to end, but what he says at the start of the video and most of the replies are more to the point. Lots of people could not even connect. Lobbies were a pain in the ass to connect to and once you did games would not start, or most people got disconnected.
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/997850-twisted-metal/62393664 <- Lots of results like this, people just bitching about online issues.
Anyway, maybe they finally fixed it. Would be hilarious if it's still a piece of shit though. Like MicroSony giving one of the old CoD games away free for PS+/GwG and you see the games you join are all hacked and unplayable.
Grow home looked to be the most interesting for me.
But since I no longer have a ps3 I still only get smaller games. I understand they might be really good smaller games but still.
Ac black flag would be a welcome addition next month.

It's nearly 2 years since it first came out, you'd think some big disc releases would make it there by now, even if they are only Sony games.
Hmm, pie.

Not bad, but not great. Nearly bought 2 of these games recently so I'm glad I didn't. I'm a little burned out on these 2D-action/puzzle platformer kind've games though. Seems we get 2-3 every month. Ever since Braid and Limbo it's like half the indie studios were inspired to start making one at the same time.
At a glance that La-Maluna looks the most to my liking out of these 6. It has a nice art style and setting, and some of 3D gameplay they showed in the trailer was surprising and cool. I like when 2D games break away from just running across the screen and do set pieces like in Apotheon, Chrono Trigger and Tomba.
