yeah happens for me sometimes when i try to join parties but then again my hdd is nearly full because i keep saving gameplay

This starttering only happens to me if i play demanding games like Bloodborne for a long time and go i to the menu with the home button. It has nothing to do with the OS just demanding games like the exclusives from Sony

Never an issue on my end, and my HDD is too full for any of these hanging updates to download. xD

Now, my Xbone... I use very little of that HDD and can't stand tge huge input lag on the UI. But that's a universal thing.

As for your weird scenario, I recommend rebuilding the database. It's an easy solution.

I recommend these dual console owners with issues with PS4 not try to fix them because it will make your Xbone experience worst compared with PS4... you will start to see a big difference.

I personally find that the PS4's lagginess tends to be because of the internet, rather than anything else. Whenever I turn off the internet on my PS4, it suddenly runs much better.

There are some functions that depends Internet... these will lag if you have not a ideal connection (or are having issue).

Eg. Store got laggy when my brother is fully downloading movies via torrent lol

I know you're kidding but jeez, man. Can't you go five seconds without attacking Xbox?  Some of us had a legit problem and wanted answers and all you can do is throw flames and jabs. It's not always a competition.
