While I don't think red fits that well Playstation consoles (That God of War Ps3 still haunts my dreams), I find this one to be aesthetically beautiful. They should have outlined the Diamond Dogs logo on the touchpad, not randomnly on where you grab the controller, though.

Maybe, but it could also just be clearing out old stock to make room for the new PS4 models. Perhaps they're expecting a large shipment.

That's a pretty nice deal. I really wish I waited on my PS4, I really like this special edition.

It has to be a supplier price cut, ShopTo, Game and Amazon all big sites in the UK have all cut these bundles at the same time by £45 which is a massive drop in price.

Maybe the pre order numbers were very low?
