Forums - Sony - Summon Night 6: Lost Borders announced for PS4, PS Vita.

Summon Night 6: Lost Borders is in development for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita, the latest issue of V Jump magazine reveals. Published by Bandai Namco and serving as the Summon Night series’ 15th anniversary title, it is a simulation RPG slated for launch in Japan during spring 2016.

General

Players will take part in simulation battles set in the expansive and height-variegated fields that the Summon Night series has become known for. Using Summon Arts, players can call forth powerful summons that can deal big damage and trigger special effects.

Story

One day, something like a meteor crashes into the cocoon world, near where a boy named Raj lives.

Raj runs over to investigate and finds a mysterious being who was summoned from a different world called Lyndbaum…

At the same time, Amu, who lives far away from there, also meets a mysterious person summoned from Lyndbaum.

Each with their own goals, Raj and Amu, together with the people of the other world, go on a journey and head for the wall surrounding the cocoon world.

Characters

  • Raj (Male Protagonist) – A boy living in Fillujah with his partner Patch. He provides for the being that fell out of the sky.
  • Amu (Female Protagonist) – A girl living together with her partner Quilt. She isn’t the type to bother with anything unrelated to matters at hand, however she is obliging to those in need.
  • Patch (Raj’s companion)
  • Quilt (Amu’s companion)
