I am pleased to inform the community, on behalf of those who worked on it, that three new platforms have been added to the database. They are as follows:

Playstation Network-PS3 (PSN)

Virtual Console-Wii (VC)

Xbox Live-Xbox 360 (XBL)

These additions should allow the community to add these games and their data to the database as more and more coverage on their sales is released.

It's a very good addition.

Now, it's the moderator's duty to delete the pre-existing games downloadable games and put them in the appropriate platform.

Cool. But, erm, there isn't exactly much sales data on these games, right? :s

 Not really, although we can hope that more sales data will be released on downloadables as the generation progresses.

Currently, Mrstickball's XBL charts are the most useful sources we have, showing that there are already 2 million sellers (Uno and Aegis Wing).

Okay, now everyone add more games to the database!

Add until you can't add anymore, then add some more.

It's tons of work, but the benefit outweighs it.

Considering some of the jokesters we have on this site, I don't think it would be a very good idea to have a Mobile section. There are some pretty weird games on phones...
