Forums - Nintendo - IGN shows Super Mario Maker is a Troll's wet dream.

Harder than this? I can't even follow what's going on half the time

Making hard levels is easy. The hard part is making them so good people keep trying instead of moving on to another level after 3 tries.

I would need to see the player actually pull these moves off before I could believe such skills were possible. That is insane at times.

I'm not sure if SMM would be good for my controller :s

That level looks incredible.

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

I can be really good at Mario but that shell grabbing technique is really awesome. That is one of the best mario mod levels I saw.

edit: if it is really a person controlling an SNES controller there or if it is just a program all together. because it is really hard to pull those moves with the shell across the entire level.

Is not possible, he is playing frame by frame, the game is moving slowly while he plays but we see it at normal speed here.

This has me worried honestly... this is not going to be fun.

I dont think I ll be buying this game.

Levels will be categorised in different difficulties. The difficulty is determined by how often people die on said level. You have nothing to worry about, Nintendo is handling the online in this game just fine.

Third editor level is out now. This time by IGN's Zach Ryan. Interestingly, it is more of a nice, fun and friendly level this time. Those that had a gripe with the earlier trollish levels might want to check out this one. It might change your view on the game. Not everyone is going for the trolling designs (sadly).

"Did you guys expected some actual rational fact-based reasoning? ...you should already know I'm all about BS and fraudulence." - FunFan, VGchartz (2016)

I watched the first and enjoyed it very much. Not a day one but I'll get it soon.

Because there are going to be difficult levels?

Just don't play them.
