there are some rumors going around that gt7 could be released for the end of 2016, so with the paris games week In october, it could be perfect place to show it the first time. Europe is the biggest market for the game if you go for sales. And sony will hold a press conference there too, so what do you think, will GT7 see the first big reveal there??
I think all the rumours are 'fan made'
There's been no leaks and no evidence, except kaz saying it could release in 2015 which is unlikely now. I don't know how much longer they can take when 3 forzas will have released in between two GTs so it is likely, but not highly probable
If it's coming out next year it makes sense to show it off and show it off there, I think the bigger question is if it will be a 2016 or 17 game.

Nah, the rumors of GT7 coming before 2017 are very concrete and based on Kaz straight up saying that people wouldn't have to wait till 2017
What I'm more interested in is what became of the "major GT reveal in the next six months" that Tachikoma said was happening back in February, that time is almost up and we've still got nothing, I guess TGS could be still fit in that timeframe though.

I don't see why they'd reveal GT6 outside of an EU event at this point. It's by far and a way the biggest market for it.

I have doubts that Polyphony would allow GT to be outsourced.
Also I'm not even a racing game fan so maybe this came across a little weird, but delaying essentially your biggest franchise on what is your main system that has people flocking to it in exchange for a handheld version on an essentially dead handheld seems devoid of any logic (especially after they already didn't take their first chance of a PS4 GT release and instead opted for making the dumbest release choice possible.)
