That´s impossible, just look the design of the game, is not even an option, you would need 4 gamepads to begin, without the tactil map and the giro controls is not the same game.

you can play the game using Pro Controllers or Classic Pro Controllers. an on-screen map would be easy to implement, and jumping will probably be included in some form. besides, they announced it, so its true.

No you can´t, you need the map to be tactil, because you tap where you want to jump and you send missiles in the same way, also the pro controllers don´t have motion controls so the one playing with the gamepad has an advantage, and the game is not so funny without the motion controls because aiming is way more intuitive with them

How does not using gyro make the game less funny? ;O

have you even played the game's local multiplayer mode? they have implemented ways to use Pro Controllers and still have motion controls. and what are you even trying to argue? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQsZPYB0vMw there is the link to the exact video when they said it would be coming in a future update. fast forward to 27:25

No, on battle dojo the one with the pro controller doesn´t have motion controls, because the pro controller doesn´t have motion controls, is impossible.

I saw that video in the exact moment it was being streming live, they NEVER said nothing about local 4 multiplayer, never, they say you can team up with 4 friends, but not locally, is online.

Pretty obvious, the gyro controls make the aiming more intuitive, fast and precise, the game is way more dynamic and accesible thanks to that.

there are ways to give a pro controller motion controls. you just attach a wii remote to the pro controller. people have exploited this trick on youtube and its even referenced in one of the Sunken Scrolls easter eggs

That´s only a curious  and unconfortable trick that nobody uses, Nintendo is not going to make a entire online mode where 3 of the 4 players needs to manually attach a wii remote to a pro controller, it makes no sense, the video was talking about 2 new matchmaking options where 4 friends can team up and fight against other teams, or made private matches with 8 friends where you can customize the rules, choose the stages and all that stuff, but in both modes everyone plays on a different wiiu with the gamepad, nobody says nothing about split screen or 4 local multiplayer.

Looks good. Not sure I will use the bucket. Gatlin might be overpowered depending on start up time and ink use.
