I agree if you have xbox, but why would a playstation owner want to buy an xbox for tomb raider? Unless they're just a diehard fan of it I don't see why. From an xbox and playstation fan, this was dumb. I somewhat knew this game was going to be on the PS4 (not 100 percent sure) and I knew for sure it will be on PC. However, what bothers me a lot is the fact that Microsoft nickeled and dime the phantom dust game and now it is going to be on hold and developed by someone else, but they have no problem doing these timed deals. I think Xbox line up is way better than Sony's lineup don't get me wrong. I just call things the way I see it.

It probably have more visual upgrades. I am not talking about any rez bump or fps bump. They will probably redo the textures to make the game look better or something of that sort. Phil Spencer said he won't invest into games on rival platform, so square enix is making the game themselves and redoing things or perhaps build it on a newer engine and improve textures. This happend before.

i think 1 year is quite a lot of time, if they wouldnt have announced it many people would have waited like 1 or 3 months until questioning the release again. And like i predicted there will be no PS3 version.

PD shouldn't have been dug up in the 1st place. Way better games that could've been rehashed. Don't know how many ppl are going to buy a Xbox for just TR but a lot will buy for Halo 5 and TR. Plus the other awesome games they've missed. Doesn't particularly have to be for TR. Do hope they bundle it though. 

A bundle will be ideal that is for sure. I believe Halo, Gears Ultimate Edition, Forza and Fable legends will bring a lot of playstation owners to xbox, but if playstation owners likes tomb raider and don't care about those games then why bother? Also, I understand phantom dust isn't for everyone, but I still prefer exclusives / console exclusives to timed exclusives. I hope to god that was a Don Mattrik's decision. If that was Phil Spencer, he needs a slap to the face. Timed anything (dlc, exclsuives,ect) are dumb. Spend money that will make your system unique and warrant a purchase from other console owners. 

On the bright side since the youtube channel "TheKnow" is correct about this and darksouls 3 leak, maybe they're correct about Microsoft snatching Silent Hill series.

No they didn't.  Many expected it would come to PS4, but it wasn't guaranteed.  And some thought (or maybe hoped is the right word) that it was only coming to PC after XBO.  And the fact that the date is announced for PS4 is bad for MS.  Now, people know for a fact that it is coming to PS4.  If TR was going to sway anyone, and I know that isn't a large crowd, it's effect is now basically null.  Now, they can wait for it on PS4, most likely with all the extra content and a slight graphical upgrade.

Yeah Microsoft and Square Enix made a mistake, i hope they will keep making more and bigger mistake

I mean, this is honestly a longer wait than I expected. Maybe it makes the fact that it's on ps4 "more real." But a one year gap is quite a long wait still. I agree that it's a bit odd that they would do this before the game is even released on its leading platform.
