LIke already posted the must have are obviously: TLOUR, Bloodborne, Infamous + DLC, Resogun, The Witcher 3, Diablo 3, Guacamelee, Velocity 2X, Rocket league, Far Cry 4, Tomb raider DE, Oddworld, The swapper, God of War 3 remastered, Outlast, Valient Heart, Rayman, Fez,

If you can get a PS4 with P.T., that would be perfect.

Finally don't forget Driveclub, get friends, enter a club and do challenges, those are really fun.

The Last of Us Remastered is an absolute must have game any new Playstation owners.

Some others great games I would suggest assuming you don't have a gaming PC and based on your preferred genres are: Infamous Second Son, Infamous First Light, Child of Light, Rocket League, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD, Dragon Age Inquistion, Bloodborne, The Witcher 3, Batman Arkham Knight and Far Cry 4.

Some upcoming games you should think of buying: Persona 5, The Nathan Drake Collection, Uncharted 4 and Tearaway Unfolded.

Must buy: The last of us, bloodborne and if you don't have a gaming PC then The witcher 3 and Batman AK. Should consider getting: Little big planet 3, uncharted 4 and Ratchet and clank the remake.

Edit: don't forget Rocket league, one of the most addictive game this gen and it has splitscreen.

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

Persona 5 better be a big improvement over four then, just spent 80 hours or so on it and to be honest, it was broken in various aspects. It's the first time in my life where i have had a gripe at these amazing reviews.

If you have a real hankering to play Bloodborne or some new-gen only multiplatform games, it may be worth it.

However if you don't have a strong list of these in mind, you'd be best off waiting for a year or so, and perhaps grabbing a PS3 in the meantime - a lot cheaper with an amazing backlog.

I forgot a lot... I can really say you won't have time to play all PS games.

Bastion (i think its ported to PS4)
LittleBigPlanet 3 (i played the first, and it was great)
Dying Light is fun, you might wanna check it out if you can get it for cheap.

also, you might love CoD: Advanced Warfare. people say its a good CoD, for me personally i am burnt out on CoD games but for a first timer you might fall in love, so yeah, i would actually recommend this one.
