Buy a Dreamcast for like 50 bucks.  Buy a 100 pack of blank CDRs.  Play every Dreamcast game ever made. DC games are stupid easy to pirate. 

If you're gonna pirate the games anyway, why not save the 50 bucks and get a dreamcast emulator on your PC? Doesn't require a beefy pc and you can play with whatever controller you feel like. There's several youtube videos explaining what to do.

Maybe.  I'm not sure about the specs required, or if all games run well on the emulator.  Judging buy how most emulators run, I'd still recomment buying the actual system.  That being said, maybe the emulators run better than I expect.
