Yeah for those of you still early in the game and worried about the story...fret not. The game really has a great story progression as you get deeper into the game...and it is a fairly long game.

WoW: Yeah I know Sothe is a promoted class already, but if I take away his weapons totally I have the feeling I'll get slaughtered. Now I'm a bit further less so. I use him as less as possible, but sometimes he's really handy In PoR I didn't need Titania at all in the beginning, but Sothe was pretty important in Chapter 3.

I'm one of the few who really like the Laguz. I know their levelling is horrible, but I like their strenght. Only beast tribe though, I hated the birds. I had Mordecai and Ranulf often in my party.

You won't get slaughtered.  I left Sothe unarmed up until the last couple stages of the 1st part of the game.  Enemies will (almost) always prioritize him if he's unarmed and if you have Micaiah next to him to trigger their support he will be pretty much untouchable.

Laguz in this game come in two forms:  Royalty and Non-Royalty.  Non-Royalty will drain your experience for negligible results.  Royalty are so freakishly overpowered that they will make the game too easy.
