They did that to me too, and I made a second account. I think the problem was that I didn't put my 3DS friend code and Wii U ID. It may or may not be the same problem for you.

i didnt put in my 3DS code. i filled out everything but that. 

its kind of weird that they give you the option to fill that out, but then decline your membership because of it. if that is indeed the case.

These sorts of sites are much more legit than say, ones who have this shit:

"GET ESHOPE CARD GIVAWAY,. nintendo 3ds shop, shop nintendo wii, ds games , nitnedo 3ds , wii u , gamee, nitendo 3d shops in wi , nintendo 3ds , electric shope, card , door giveawayttt! t. skamer :DD"

And they make some sense - by the time you get enough points, they could've made money via ad revenue or something.
