Nah. It was ugly in 2006 too. Time can't save ugly. It wasn't even close to one of the best looking games back then.

You cant say that was ugly in 2006. but certainly not aged well.

I like the texture work and I think he's kept it reasonably true to the original but I'm not a fan of the Instagram-like warm filter across everything and also the palette is a little dark in sections.
