Its not a matter of superior. Both are different types of racing with a different audience (although many will buy both. Like I will).

On topic. This is awesome news. I hope it sets a precedent for other develloppers to use free dlc to bring life back into your game and attract new buyers rather then having your existing base pay for maps they never get to use in a ranked game because not enough people have acces to it (RFOM map pack 2).
