Oh. I guess the joke was lost on most of us due to this being the kind of argument someone actually would make on forums.

I know it's a joke, but the final score in IGN reviews previously used to not be based on an average of the other categories so it is quite possible that a game gets only one 10/10 ( In category sections ) but still gets a final score of 10/10 due to being a game which as a complete package is amazing. That said a game can also get 10/10's in all categories but still recieves an imperfect score due to just not feeling right as a complete package.
