For the next consoles, This will make all the difference if tv's hit a much higher platform them selfs and are in a lot households by the next launch.

The news is about the making of OLED TVs, not about 4K resolution. Both things don't go hand in hand.

Ask LG, who's selling 1080p OLED TVs.

LG is making it cheap and cutting out cost. Total different. Samsung is 4k.
