um... if that's the case all weather should be switched off. Weather isn't broken and anyone can switch weather. Why should blastoise be singled out but sunny day remain on? It wouldn't be fair to blastoise backers. In fact he is the most disadvantaged out of all of the starters left. Every status works on him while venusaur is immune to poison and the fire types immune to burn.
