1080p 30FPS. And yes, the video you posted is from the Beta, but the game is fully released on PS4 now.

ON: Well, didn't they kinda confirm that already when they were sold off by Sony? Also, Daybreak is really good at not following schedules. Planetside 2 was supposed to be a PS4 launch title, and here we are: over 18 months after release and we have an f2p unfinished game with overpriced microtransactions (some helmets cost €10 ffs). Also, if I was these guys I would first focus on finishing H1Z1 for PC and fixing Planetside 2 for PS4, then release the already confirmed H1Z1 PS4 version and then start looking further.

I wouldnt expect a X1 port anytime soon. But a X1 version will likely just be a port of the work done on PS4. So that should make a port relatively easy.

Pretty much this. The PC community is dying in PS2 (well, not really, but its not nearly as big as its peak days). Hopefully they get it by holiday 2016.
