Nope. But it depends on the success of Nintendo's next console and I don't think that console will be successful.

It'll come close. Whatever the NX is I find it hard to imagine it'll sell less then Wii U, Nintendo would really have to try hard to F things up that bad.

I think the franchise will grow, so from 2m this gen to 3-4 next gen, then add the bigger install base and more timely release, alongside just being a better game overall and I think it'll do between 4-5m.

We already know the 80% of Splatoon sales ( US, UK, JP, FRA ) and we know the game will EASY sell more than 2,000,000... Let's say 3,000,000.

So, we already can image what can be the next game...

I dunno... I'm not realy to jump the gun yet. I don't think the game has reached a mil yet...

It could happen, specially if the NX is a success. I hope the next game allows us to play with the octarians, and they make an octarian campaign.

Well, I missed this quote, oops, haha...

It`s a great feat for Splatoon, but I`m not convinced yet that Splatoon will sell 5 mil yet. I guess it will depend on the LTS or looking at sales 1 year later to see if it is possible. I`l thinking 2 to 3 mil so far? But if it hits 5 mil, that`ll be music to my ears... x )
