It's a tie between The Last Guardian, Halo 5, and Xenoblade Chronicles X.

I think Nintendo is focusing on E3 2016, but man... Nintendo announced a lot of upcoming games on direct before E3.

For Microsoft?

I didn't actively dislike anything they showed, but their focus on indies and system updates just went on for too long.
All told, with Gamescom they will probably show just as much new IP and heavy-hitting franchises as Sony. But they clearly don't have enough to "go big" at both conferences like they are trying too, and that risks having two mediocre conferences, rather than one big one, and one deliberately small one focused on Europe-specific initiatives.
