^Horizon started development right after KZ3. It's been 4 years or more. I don't know why some people predict it as a fall 2016 title, it's definitely coming much earlier than that. I say no later than May.

They recently hired this guy so with production, promotion, bug fixing and god knows what it is not finished yet and probably won't make this year but may seems accurate R&C feb/march Uncharted mar/April and Horizon in may to end with GT7 and perhaps GOW 4. Great year like Xone is having now with Halo and Tomb Raider (if they throw enough money it will stay exclusive).

Guerrilla Games has 2 studios in Amsterdam, one team worked on Killzone 2, then moved over to the new IP.

The guys that made Shadow Fall are the ones that worked on Killzone 3. Killzone 3 shipped in 2011, the Gamespot interview I posted is dated August 2010, so it would have to be the team that made Killzone 2 that is working on the new IP, because the KZ3 guys were busy making Killzone 3.

Guerrilla Games recent comment could be about how long they've been making the game on PS4, so they probably started development on PS3, then moved over to PS4 3-4 years ago, plenty of time to make a new game, and all that extra time pre-PS4 could account for major design of a new IP and a lot of experimentation with ideas.

Maybe Horizon will end up being a Feb 2016 game, since Sony doesn't have anything slated for Q1 2016 yet, kinda like they originally planned for Bloodborne. We'll hopefully find out soon.

And I would have liked Sony's system a bit more powerfull or with a faster HDD but that's another topic.

Unlike the XB1, you can swap out your HDD. You can do it cheaper than Sony wound have charged too.

I personally put a 1TB 7200rpm hybrid in my PS4 only 3 months after launch.

No, KZ2 and KZ3 were by the same guys, SF was by others. Horizon team = KZ2+KZ3 team.

That would be alot of money my friend.

6 mil sales didn't make them happy, and pretty much every game is selling close to... or more than double on the PS4. Look at Witcher 3 to understand why MS money hats won't be as common.

KZ3 (2011) and Shadow Fall (2013) were one team, both of those games shipped more recently, KZ3 shipped in Feb 2011, KZSF took 2 & 1/2 years to make, it shipped November 2013.

Killzone 2 shipped in 2009, Hermen Hulst stated in the Gamespot interview back in August 2010 that Guerrilla had begun working on a new IP.

The KZ2 Team are the guys making Horizon, they became free after they shipped that game in 2009.

But both KZ2 and KZ3 were headed by Mathjis de Jonge. SF by Steven ter Heide, who until then was only a producer. Aside from the leads, it also makes more chronological sense that the team who made two older games has been making Horizon while another one got Shadow fall done in time for the PS4 launch.

KZ2 and KZ3 are their only games who share the same leaders so..

You guys are arguing over a year. That year was probably design and conceptualization rather than production.

IMO the games you listed for Sony next year blow what MS has to offer this year out of the water. If that list becomes true that one of the greatest line ups I've seen since PS2

Edit I also forgot SFV holy crap 2016 is gonna be insane. Common SE announce KH3 for 2016 please!!!!

Consdering R&C, UC 4 and GT7 since Kaz said it are almost a given and this year lacks big guns form Sony first party support I think it's very possible this scenario could happen.
