Splatoon is so impressive... it will probably hit 500k in Japan eventually.

Great to see Bloodborne there too.

Unless you count Dragon Quest Heroes as a new IP, then yeah, Bloodborne is it. Most of the successful PS4 games in Japan have been part of established brands like Yakuza and...uh...yeah, Yakuza.

He was referring to my list of games over 300k in Japan, not just new IPs.

I'm a bit confused over this. You mean Vita or T-bone? Isn't this about successful new IPs in Japan?

Vita. I responded to Tbone's post about there only being like 40 games this gen that have sold over 300k in Japan (with 30 of them being 3DS games) and I listed the ones on each platform (without the 3DS) and then Dr.Vita just said that Minecraft should be on the Vita's list.

Edit: And yeah, the thread is about new IPs but we're a little off-topic.
