Pikmin 3 release week gave 2013 a major boost.
2015 continues to close the gap between it and 2014 however Hyrule warrios boost is quickly approaching, Yoshi might be able to boost Wii U to 12K or atleast allow it to remain above 10k next week.

Yep, and stay that way, unless 2014 will get past again for a short term after Hyrule Warriors. But with Starfox, Super Mario Maker and SMTxFE incoming, I have no doubts 2015 will outsell 2014 by quite some margin. Splatoon really pushed the baseline way beyond what we had last year, even MK8 can't keep and Smash Bros' push was seriously hampered by the 3DS version.

2014 will pass it back the week before Hyrule warriors and extend that lead with hyrule warriors. Thought it'll pass it back again by or before mario maker. After that it's going to be fighting with 2013.
